Overview
Over the summer of 2019, I worked at Digitas as User Experience designer within the Creative Team Division. My day-to-days involved improving loyalty programs, creating customer journeys, pitching strategy pitches, and developing concept decks and branded assets.
Over the summer of 2019, I worked at Digitas as User Experience designer within the Creative Team Division. My day-to-days involved improving loyalty programs, creating customer journeys, pitching strategy pitches, and developing concept decks and branded assets.
I am thankful to have nothing but the most warm and welcoming introduction to the advertising and marketing agency life, by working in collaboration with the sweetest, talented folks. Many thanks to Eric Leighton, Megan Bednarczyk, Jesse Harte, Connor Fitzgerald, Min Song, Eissa Bonamo, Alexander Nadel, Lauren Liberg, and others for providing the most welcoming onboarding into the advertising and marketing agency life.
At Digitas, I worked on designing a new mobile loyalty system for Avis, conducted user flows for Walmart, and got to create and present a Macy’s campaign brand pitch both company wide and to the Macy’s client as part of my intern project.
